We value your time and ours, and kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being held to cover the reserved time. You're welcome to reschedule once per appointment — beyond that, additional changes will be at your provider’s discretion. Thank you for your understanding.

If this policy is repeatedly disregarded or invoices go unpaid, I may place a temporary hold on booking future appointments for 90 days. This pause allows space for mutual respect to be restored and ensures fairness for all clients on my schedule.
